Ich kann nicht verstehen, wie dieses Hotel ein 4-Sterne-Hotel sein kann. Es ist Mittelklasse, mehr aber nicht. Die Möbel waren teilweise beschädigt, hatten Schrammen, die Toilette hat gestunken. Wenn man die Klima angemacht hat kam ein penetranter Parfüm-Duft in das Zimmer. Die Fenster kann man nicht öffnen. Der Toilettendeckel hatte Risse und war sonst auch locker und kaputt. Zum Übernachten ist das Hotel in Ordnung aber keine 4 Sterne wert. Die Lage ist gut, man ist schnell bei einer Metrostation, es gibt Supermärkte in der Nähe und ein paar Lokale zum Essen.

Nettes Hotel, grundsätzlich sehr bemühtes Personal. Zimmer sind nett und ausreichend ausgestattet. Leider nur Badewanne zum Duschen (hoher EInstieg). Im Rahmen der Maßnahmen betreffend Corona-Virus gab es einige Einschränkungen, für die das Hotel nichts kann (z.B. Pool und Fitness/Wellness geschlossen, kein Frühstücksbuffet mehr). Frühstück wurde daher serviert, das war aber vor allem zu Beginn recht chaotisch. Große Parkgarage und viele Parkplätze. In Summe aber durchaus weiter zu empfehlen.

Völlig überbewertetes Hotel an abgelegener Lage
Das Hotelist überbewertet, viel zu viele Leute, beim Frühstücksbuffet ist kaum ein Platz zu finden, das Essen ist jedoch gut.Die Fahrstuhlfahrt in die oberen Etagen dauert oft ewig, da meist unzählige Zwischenhalte eingelegt werden (durch die vielen Leute). Hotel steht direkt vor einer Moschee, schon um 05:30 wurden wir unsanft vom Geschrei des Mullahs geweckt, um 06:00 ging es weiter und wirklich laut. Die Zimmer sind sehr eng und schlecht geputzt. Dusche ist eine Riesenkatastrophe, entweder viel zu heiss oder kalt. Limousinen-Service war gut, günstig und zuverlässig.

Das Hotel befindet sich in guter Lage, Nähe Metro, Geschäfte und Lokale sind fußläufig erreichbar. Sauberkeit lässt leider zu wünschen übrig. Die Zimmer werden nur oberflächlich geputzt. Einmal wurde mein Nachthemd mit der Zimmerreinigung mitgenommen. Auf Nachfrage habe ich es dann wieder bekommen. Nach einem anstrengenden Tagesausflug (Start 8:00) kam ich um 17 Uhr zurück und das Zimmer war noch nicht geputzt. Genauso verhält es sich mit dem "Fitness Center", das eher einen Fitness Raum darstellt. Die Geräte wurde seit längerer Zeit nicht gereinigt. Es gibt zwar Desinfektionsmittel, aber tagelang war der Behälter der Reinigungstücher leer. Frühstück hätte man bei Buchung zu 27 Euro mit buchen können. Glücklicherweise habe ich mich dagegen entschieden und 2x vor Ort dazugebucht. Und siehe da, es wurden nur umgerechnet 15 Euro verlangt. Das Frühstück war gut, es war für jeden etwas dabei, aber auch hier wäre etwas mehr Sauberkeit schön. Es ist alle etwas lieblos und auf Masse ausgerichtet. Aus Erfahrung weiß ich, dass es Besseres in Dubai gibt.

+Lage Metro Station war zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit erreichbar Marina/JBR Beach nur ca. 15 Minuten per Taxi erreichbar (20 - 30 AED) +relativ neues und modernes Hotel +gratis Shuttleservice zB zu JBR Beach, Kite Beach, Mall of the Emirates,... Allerdings zu fixen Abfahrtszeiten +Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und gößtenteils gut -hellhörige Zimmer Man hat jedes Wort vom Nachbarzimmer beziehungsweise vom Gang gehört Das Hotel ist direkt neben einer Moschee, womit man in den Emiraten natürlich rechnen muss, aber nachdem unser Zimmer direkt Richtung Moschee war, war jeden Tag um 05:30 erstmal Tagwache -Pool Für so ein großes Hotel viel zu klein und man muss sehr viel Glück haben eine Liege zu bekommen Ab 13 Uhr (Ende November) keine Sonne mehr am Pool

Tolles Hotel in einer Super Lage, sehr nah an der Metro station. Die Zimmer waren toll, die Betten sehr gut. Sehr sauber, Personal sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Könnten Problemlos am nächsten Tag ins Raucherzimmer wechseln. Wirkkich zu empfehlen. Alles perfekt. Restaurants mit normalen Preisen in der Nähe. Es war ein tolles Hotel.

Aus Deutschland, nicht buchen!!!: This is the first Hotel where my personal rule for Dubai (book any 4 or 5 star hotel and you are fine) does NOT!!!!!! apply! Tiny rooms, loud rooms (your hear EVERYTHING), NOT enough staff, bad valet parking, not so clean, no arabian flair, no comfort, bad bathroom, weak breakfast (too many guests, dirty, hair in the food) they even charge for a Cappuccino 😂😂😂. We are very sad this time.

Das Hotel war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, und es gab für jeden Geschmack etwas. Wir waren zu fünft unterwegs und da hatte es am Morgen nicht immer genügend Plätze vorhanden.

Transfer zum Strand, sehr sauber
Der Check-In war in Ordnung. Es ist eine Bar vorhanden, leider nur bis 24.00 geöffnet. Wenn man ein VYP Zimmer bucht, bekommt man sogar Voucher für die Bar. Pool etwas klein aber ausreichend! Insgesamt gutes Hotel und zu vielen Orten schnell erreichbar. Downtown etwas zu weit.
