Empfehlenswertes Stadthotel
Komfortables Hotel fußläufig zur Dubai Mall mit sehr großen Zimmern und direktem Blick auf den Burj Kalifa. Auch die nächste Metro Station ist nicht allzu weit entfernt. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist in einem gutem Zustand. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Hotelpool ist schön mit komfortablen Day Beds. Besonders positiv war, dass wir trotz Anreise um 5:30h am Morgen bereits unser Zimmer beziehen konnten. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die Freischaltung der Fahrstühle und der Zimmertür per Handy. Man kann aber alternativ auch eine Zimmerkarte bekommen.

Das Hote befindet sich zentral im Downtown. Die Dubai Mall und Burj Kalifa sowie die Dubai Opera sind 10 min zu fuß zu erreichen. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen mit einem Willkommensgetränk und einer Glückkerze und Duft ( indische Tradition). Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und sehr sehr höflich. Das Hotel und die Restaurants ist sehr sauber und h hygenisch. Die Zimmer Ausstattung war Top.

Top wie immer
Trotz Covid 19 einen ausgesprochenen zuvorkommenden Service. Vom Check-in bis zum Check-out nach 5 Tagen. Service im Clublevel einwenig eingeschränkt aber wenigstens steht er zur Verfügung. Die Poolmitarbeiter haben alles möglich gemacht, herzlichen Dank. Wir waren über das Neujahr und wurden immer wieder mit Kleinigkeiten auf dem Zimmer überrascht, bis zu Rosenblätter auf den Betten. Wir sind bereits zum dritten Mal im Taj und werden sicherlich wieder einmal kommen.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, Check in schnell und unkompliziert, Service in jeder Hinsicht perfekt! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist der absolute Hammer! Es läßt absolut keinen Wunsch offen! Es findet sich wirklich für jeden Geschmack alles, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Am Tisch sind sogar noch spezielle Gerichte orderbar. Wir fühlten uns wirklich sehr, sehr willkommen und wie Könige. Zimmerservice TOP, Wasser, Tee und Kaffee wird regelmäßig aufgefüllt; auch an Pflegeprodukten ist alles vorhanden. Toll, dass es einen Shuttleservice zur Dubai Mall gibt. Check out ebenfalls völlig unkompliziert. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier, und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Bei der checkin müssten wir ca. 15min warten.niemand hat uns gerufen.wir sind nach 15min gegangen und fragten ob wir einchecken können.die tradionelle "allathi" haben sie vergessen zu machen. Die dame am empfang war nicht so freundlich. Im hotelzimmmer waren die nachttische und bett extrem verkrazt. Speziele dankeschön an: Alle restaurant personal waren sehr sehr freundlich. Hier will ich jeden mitarbeitern speziell bedanken. Unsere room cleaning service war top. Anju hat sehr sehr gut gemacht und hat schöne überraschungen gemacht. Jamsheed hat auch uns sehr geholfen und möchte bedanken.

Wir buchten ein Familienzimmer. Jedoch freuten wir uns sehr darüber, dass wir eine kostenloses Upgrade für eine Junior-Suite erhielten. Wir waren zu dritt, daher wurde neben dem Doppelbett ein improvisiertes Bett aufgestellt. Der einzige Makel war, dass dieses Bett für jemanden wie mich, mit einer Körperlänge von 1.8 Meter, etwas kurz war. Die Matratze war sehr hart und gewöhnungsbedürftig. Da wir drei vollwertige Betten für drei Personen gebucht und wir einen Aufenthalt von 6 Nächten hatten, wäre die Freude über ein richtiges Bett gross gewesen. Alles andere war ohne jeglichen Makel.
