Good stay
Good stay overall. My only problem is that they don't start serving breakfast until 6:30AM and then again they're not fully ready until 7AM. It's a problem for those who travel on business and need to leave early. The breakfast itself is good both buffet and a la carte.

What an amazing stay at Taj JLT! The entire team from porters to housekeeping, management to breakfast staff at Shamiana and Paros restaurant staff were incredible. We have never had such terrific service from any hotel anywhere else. Every single request was dealt with so quickly. It really made our holiday even more enjoyable and was the perfect stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We stayed in room 1203 which had a fantastic view, spacious, clean and a relaxing space for us to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Housekeeping ensured we had enough water and toiletries daily. We would return to lovely sweet treats left for us daily which consisted of sweet fruit tarts, baklava, mini cakes etc. Not forgetting the delicious anniversary cake delivered to our room! A special thanks must go to Denis and the concierge team for their incredible dedication, care and attention. Denis in particular went out of his way to greet us every time we were around, helped call a taxi and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. Please keep up the fantastic work so you that you can transform other peoples holidays too. We wish we could pick up Taj JLT and the staff and move the hotel to the UK and every other destination! We highly recommend staying at Taj JLT for an incredible stay in Dubai. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for making our holiday memorable.

The Taj is brilliantly located, walking distance to the metro and marina. It is located in a pedestrian area around a lake with shops and local restaurants selling a large range of really good, diverse foods. The hotel itself if beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast options vary daily, but there is always a huge choice of great food. The bars are of different styles and have many specialty nights. For us the staff made the place. From when we walked into the lobby at 10pm to when we checked out, everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. There was a good level of staffing to make sure you did not wait and the quality of service was exceptional. The rooms were serviced excellently with plenty of water and tea & coffee options. (Only point I would make is it would be great to reduce the number of plastic water and milk containers, perhaps replacing them with refillable, glass water bottles, that the hotel can re-fill.) One day we hit the DND (Do not Disturb) button by the door by mistake so the room was not serviced. When arrived back to the room we got a call to highlight that they could not service the room but then offered to come in, when we went to dinner, to service it. This really makes you feel special. There are so many hotels to choose from in Dubai, but this is a great choice.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Das Frühstück hat eine mehr als ausreichende Auswahl und ist sehr lecker. Die Lage beim JLT ist ebenfalls sehr gut. i was very happy with the personalised service. i received an email before arriving and asked for my preferences and i was happy to find them on my arrival. the staff were extremely kind and welcoming. although it is a big hotel it had a boutique feel and personal touch.

El hotel está muy bien se puede ir a la Marina caminando y en el Marina Mall gran variedad de sitios para comer. Al resto de sitios necesitas transporte, imposible ir andando aunque quieras por la circunvalación de carreteras que hay. Lo único que no me ha gustado del hotel es el olor a tabaco de la habitación pese a pedir habitación de no fumador, el olor no se fue en toda la semana, ni poniendo el aire a tope. El desayuno sensacional y la atención de todos los trabajadores excepcional.
