The villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing anything from a quick breakfast to a family feast. You’ll find pots, pans, cookware, crockery, and cutlery, along with complimentary essentials including salt, pepper, tea, coffee, Nespresso capsules, and sugar.

Please note that the private residential pool is not heated, which is standard for residential villas in Dubai.

Pool Maintenance Notice:

To keep the private pool clean and safe, professional maintenance is carried out twice a week without exception.

We will always inform you of the approximate time window in advance, access to the pool cannot be declined, as regular servicing is essential for hygiene and water quality.
