« This is a very comfortable and beautiful place. It was very clean and comfortable. They had everything we needed. We did have a lot of trouble with the front lock not letting us in so we did have to go around to the back door a few times. This is definitely place that left us with some fond memories and we would look to come back to. »

« We really enjoyed this place! It’s so awesome to have the lake right in the backyard. Hard to beat having your own private beach, which is what I assume makes this a more expensive listing. Knowing it was something we can’t afford to do often, we took advantage with dips in the water every morning and campfires every evening. The water isn’t super easy to enter if you are older or younger, but it feels great! There’s plenty of firewood for the campfire and towels. The kitchen has a lot also, but...

« Three generations of our family enjoyed a weeklong stay in Douglas’s beautiful home. The setting is stunning - nestled in the woods on a pond, with plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy, but still close enough to town to enjoy local restaurants, shopping, and other activities. The home was built with amazing attention to detail, with all of our needs anticipated and plenty of space for everyone. Douglas is a responsive and friendly host. We hope to return in the future! »

« Great location, its a bit of a walk to the beach over a sand dune. The house is wonderful, we had a couple rainy days and ping pong was great entertainment. Awesome to have lots of space. The stairs aren't easy for older folks, but doable. Thankfully we had the main floor bedroom! »
