we booked the rule through Expedia, which was confirmed however, upon arrival to the location, we was met with not staff personnel by a kiosk machine with a monitor set up. We spoke with our person at a remote location that informed us that there was no rooms available however I asked why we wasn’t notified or did they have our contact information they said yes we have your email as well as your telephone number that you used to book the reservation and so I request and ask again why was we notified about this? The lady did not answer the question assuming that she might not know the reason that we was notified so I asked her she sent me a email confirming about the cancellation so she sent me an email. However this was quite disturbing considering we had got there roughly about 130 in the morning. my major issue is you have our contact information why you didn’t just have the courtesy to let us know that there was no room available or was you hoping that we did not show up since we had said we was gonna be a late arrival and just hope you could just charges for a room that you didn’t even have available. That’s the reason that is getting a wood star.
