The house was exactly as described. Location, cleanliness, and items in the house were top notch. They have thought of everything! We were able to walk in the beautiful neighborhood and to restaurants. Probably the best VRBO we have been to. All the special touches were really appreciated.

Great place to head out for wineries. Walked to dinner places which was fun. Some little things need updated. Definitely missed not having a washer and dryer. Appreciate the bushes to separate from the neighbors. Would stay again!

The house is beautiful, spacious and was in a convenient location. Alder House is very clean and comfortable and the snacks, coffee, and wine were a nice complimentary welcoming gift. The deck is great. I suggest adding seat pads for the outdoor furniture. The only issue I had was that the pillows were a bit uncomfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The check-in went smoothly. The was good communications. We spent 4 nights and found the kitchen and house overall a good layout for us. Alder house was perfect for our trip, we walked the neighborhood, saw lots of deer and the view was beautiful! Easy check in process and communication was fantastic! Highly recommend!

The house is so cute and in a great location. Less than 10 minutes to the Red Farm market, which they have great pizza and coffee ☺️. And a very nice trail close by and along the wineries.

This place was outstanding. Very clean and well furnished. The location is outstanding for all of your activities... wine tasting, restaurants and shopping. Communication was excellent with the host. Would come back in a heartbeat!!

Great location, spacious and clean

The property was very welcoming, spacious, well appointed, very clean and ideal proximity to wineries and restaurant's. The property owner grows tea in the back and it was very interesting to learn about that crop. He is very knowledgeable about the area and offered numerous suggestions. We would definitely stay here again!

Wifi and Seating

The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. The living room lacked enough comfortable seating. We were disappointed that there was not access to laundry -very unusual to not have when renting a home of this size/price point. The complimentary bottle of wine tasted like vinegar. The wifi in the bedrooms was unusable for streaming and the wifi slowed to a dial up frustrating speed if more than one person tried to use it. The neighborhood was nice to get out and walk in. The views from the property were nice. It would've been nice if there was more information about the tea garden business in the backyard on the booking page. Guests only have use of a deck space but not a back lawn.

Fantastic!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Alder house. The house was absolutely spotlessly clean, well furnished, well stocked (kitchen and bathrooms) and a wonderful place to stay while exploring the area. We were within easy walking distance of some great restaurants and a short drive to many wineries. We would happily rent this house again if we are ever visiting this area in the future.

The Alder House was great. We will be back when we visit the area again. Lovely view from the patio! Very clean! Amazing location! Well appointed with nice furnishings and everything that you need for your stay including coffee, tea and even a bottle of wine.

Girls’ Weekend

This lovely property was perfect for a weekend getaway. The location was great and the property seemed secluded even though it’s in a neighborhood. The large kitchen was well appointed and the whole home felt warm and inviting.

Great house in a great location

My family included three adults that stayed at this property for a long weekend of wine tasting. The house was literally just a few minutes drive to tasting rooms and vineyards. It was clean with a lot of space and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our breakfasts and dinners. All in all, this was a wonderful rental and we'd definitely book it again.
