Great value for money
This place had absolutely everything you could need and was like home away from home! The extra touches of coffee and biscuits were much appreciated. Terina was very obliging and helpful and we’d certainly recommend this little place to others.

This guest informed us about the stain on the mattress protector which we replaced. As for the curtain on the sliding door this had been damaged and is in for repair. This guest also left property behind at a monetary value which we supported in the return. Disappointed to get this one sentence review when we offer a reasonably price townhouse with all the amenities and helped our guest over their stay.

Handy house
Close to beaches, Otago peninsula and city. Some maintenance needed (bedroom window was broken and we couldn't get fresh air into the room on a hot day). Bedding was also due for a wash, but otherwise ok.

This 2brm unit in St Kilda was great for 2 singles attending an event in Dunedin. Having a car made it easy to zip around the city and the Esplanade was a great restaurant close by.

Quiet place in Dunedin
When we arrived at the house in Dunedin we found a well set up and tidy, comfortable place. It was well placed to visit all the places we wanted to, in and around Dunedin. Terina was very helpful with instructions on how to gain access and how to get to the house.

cute and tidy. would help if you have a dryer for laundry since weather is unpredictable to hang clothes outside.Not wheelchair accesible as I have to get off the wheelchair to get into the house.

Definitely stay here!
So glad we picked this place, it had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. Coffee and biscuits on arrival was ideal, as well as the extension cord - phew! Location was perfect for us as we were down for an ice-skating competition and was a 3minute walk to the rink. If we were to be picky, electric blankets would have been great but we were warm enough with the heater on and there were plenty of blankets available. The shower had great pressure, warmth and all other amenities worked well. Would definitley stay here again - Thankyou!

Sunny Gem - understatement !
Very warm, comfortable and a super sunny townhouse without steps to negotiate, (we are an older couple) with everything we needed, plus more. An absolute delight to stay here, would highly recommend. In a very quiet street and neighbourhood, close to beach and city, great location for easy access to activities. Very efficient heaters, excellent shower.

Very happy with the accommodation. Only disappointment was walking all the way down to the esplanade at St. Clair (it said only 10mins walk - was more like 15-20 mins) only to find everything closed. Good that we had ingredients to make our own dinner. Great kitchen -well equipped and spacious.

Overall this is a great sray, except…
The second bedroom houses the hot water system so the person sleeping in there may get woken up when another person uses the shower. There’s only 1 main heater , no central heating and no clothes dryer (just jn case you want to di washing) There’s no powerpoints in the the bathroom so it was hard to dry and straighten ny hair, without a mirror. But tge bed I slept in was comfy, there was ample seating in the living room and lits of line .

Sunny haven indeed
The warmth from the morning sun was lovely to wake up to. Close to the St Clair beaches and walks, restaurants and shops a short drive, and easy getting in to the city when needed. A comfy stay with all that is needed. We will be back on our next visit to Dunners!
