« Immaculate home. Very clean and very well stocked! Everything you need and more! Very responsive host. Great area for easy access to rainbow springs and the KP hole, Blue Run, (free river access).Very nice walking trail on an old golf course. Great outdoor area! Firm beds. Games. Chargers! Lots of extras! 30 minutes from Fort Island Beach and Crystal River! Excellent area!! Hunter Springs area for access to three sisters springs. 5 parking with 5 launch fee for each vessel. Worth the trip!! »

« I just stayed at Rainbow River Bungalows with friends for two nights and it was perfect! The space was clean, comfy, cozy and included everything we would normally need at home. We rented our kayaks directly from our rental for 40$ and the perk was you could keep it out all day and walk to the launch and not worry about your car. The bungalow includes a pass for you to drop your kayak at the boat/kayak launch at KP hole which is about a 3 min walk down the road. The kayaks have wheels that store...

« This little property is tidy, clean and has all the important amenities. It is surprisingly close to good restaurants and markets. We also liked the convenience of being so close to KP Hole. The whole "village" of homes is surprisingly quiet, and all the guests are very respectful and courteous. Even the dogs are very well behaved! The manager was super quick to answer any questions we had. Overall all our needs were met and were so happy for the value we got! »

« It was beautiful inside but sheets & towels need to be replaced, they were pretty worn Also, the shower was very slippery once it got wet. Overall, it was very nice & convenient. »

« Location was perfect. VRBO states it sleeps 8 when it had room for 6 but perfect for 4 people. Never got an answer about checking in early and got text with code at 5 minutes to 4:00. Wi-Fi had issues. We had a set of bowls and plates for 4 people(we were 5 people) again it states sleeps 8 and seating for 4 at table. We had issues with ants and cockroaches but it is florida.
