„This is the 3rd time staying here. Really comfortable place to stay, they allow Dogs and straight outside your door there is a huge field to walk them. The breakfast is continental but I would highly recommend paying for the full English! It’s beautiful. The host is very polite and always very chatty. We will be back again soon. “

„Sehr gutes Essen! Das Restaurant und die Bar sind gemütlich. Die Zimmer sind ok und passen zum Haus. Das Haus ist ein niedliches, schön bewachsenes altes Haus leider genau an einer Haupstraße, wo sonst nichts ist. Als Ausgangspunkt für weitere Fahrten ok. Das Hotel scheint familiengeführt zu sein. Sehr nettes Personal. Die Zimmer sind leider etwas hellhörig.“

„We stayed at Waterland Farm as a family of 9 (plus 1 dog) for a long weekend break and it was brilliant. The house is very spacious with lots of facilities, including a toy room for the kids, a PS /x-box and old-school vinyl record player. The outdoor area is massive and the kids loved the football goal and playground. As it states the field isn’t secure for a dog as there are open areas but she still enjoyed a run around. Overall a great place to stay and we would return! “

„Me and the wife are both disabled and because we notified the hotel at the time we booked our room we were given a room specifically designed to cater for people with disabilities.Compered to a lot of hotels that do not adapt any rooms or entrances or exits to cater for the disabled due to costs we found this such a bonus.“

„Arrived late at our stay and then realised that we had in fact booked for the weekend after! Disaster after a 6 hour drive and very little options. We apologised and explained the error to our host. Amazingly and also luckily the host immediately went to work setting up an alternative glamping pod for us to stay in. The place was immaculate, hosts are extremely friendly and everything about the trip was perfect and as described. We will certainly be returning.“

„Very disappointing stay , We arrived after a 9 hour drive , when we arrived the cottage wasn’t cleaned and no bedding , We rang both Wayne and Karen , we decided to go buy some bedding , on route Karen did ring back to be fair and apologised saying she was told we was due on the 6th , (day of departure,) Went to the pub for an hour and Karen had the cottage ready , I thanked her by tx but no communications back , nothing from Wayne all week , I would of expected a follow up chat asking if ...

„The room was great, the staff very friendly but what was outstanding was the food, what a surprise it was, pub food is normally quite boring in my opinion but this was anything but. Pork belly mash and the most delicious red cabbage I've ever had and I've travelled a lot and eaten a lot in my travels, this was up there with the best. “
