Property was great, super convenient to walk to the off-leash dog park. But Expedia promised (and charged extra for) a jetted tub in the private bedroom, even though the hotel removed those 5 months ago. We went in expecting jacuzzi adult evening without our kids, but we're confronted with giant bunk beds to remind us that we are still parents above all us. Plus the TV had parental controls that blocked anything above PG, and the front desk didn't know the code.

The elevator was out the day we were checking out. There was only 1 town in the room when there was 3 people.

We recently took a weekend vacation May 3-6 2024. The hotel itself is very lovely and clean. Grounds is really well kept. The restaurant was convenient for us, and the breakfast buffet was reasonably priced @$10. We enjoyed our room and everything the property had to offer.

Took eight try’s to access room. With electronic v key! Then I didn’t leave the room in fear of not regaling access to my belongings. 2. This was a ground floor room and the jock on the window didn’t work.

1. The property is NOT downtown nor can it be safely walked to. 2. Bathroom door loudly slams in to main door. 3. No water pressure 4. Minimal hot water 5. Could not get room to cool down, not a user issue. Stayed at 70 all night.

This was an amazing hotel!! The pool and hot tub were amazing after touring Fort Lewis College all day!! Burger Theory had great food, drinks, and service!!! Would definitely recommend!;!!

Not Downtown at all, but nice stay!
To name this a "downtown" hotel is just false - it is no where near downtown Durango, at all. It is a pleasant, clean, quiet hotel with nice views and a great attached burger restaurant/bar. Really nice casual dinner there, with generous drinks. Nice stay - will keep in mind next time we head to Durango!

Overpriced!!
Disappointing. The name and the fact that they charge for parking makes you believe it's downtown. It's not. No trashcans or towel bars in the bathroom and one kleenex tissue! And the shower curtain was filthy. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were like fully stuffed sacks of flour.
