The rooms have everything you would need and the décor is beautiful I left my passport, which I needed for a flight back from Pietermaritzburg at Casa Ridge and they went out of their way to get the passport to me so that I could catch my flight. „Very pleased with the room and the surroundings. A suggestion would be to put candles or LED lights in the rooms, or link them to a generator, for loadshedding. With the ongoing crisis, i found the room very dark when i arrived (6.00pm). “

„Overall stay was nice. Check in for 3pm is too late, was not allowed to check in before the time, although the next day other people was in their rooms just after 1pm. Was not allowed to ait outside amd talk because then the security would tell you not to make a noise, security is very rude at night. This place is a holiday place, not an old age home. „ I had a terrible experience It was the first time I wanted to try out the resort, but I was not welcomed from the time I entered. I was not greeted, but was sent around to fill out forms, after standing in the queue to check in. I requested a room with availability at a high floor, but was told they cannot help me without even checking the system for availability. When I called to request a booking for the jacuzzi, I was told its booked out and I had to call at 7 in the morning. I was not ...

„We’ve stayed in many places and have never had such bad experience. Should have known upon arrival as we had to sign 2 disclaimers regarding not noise. Needless to say, the noise from guest partying in the pool at 10pm - shouting and poor behaviour fuelled by alcohol is the reason for the disclaimer . Hotel staff were called and could not manage the groups. After hours of hoping it would stop we left the hotel and went find other accommodation. To add further insult - At this point ...

„Don’t do it to your family. Old decrepit unit. The only good thing is location. The agent communicated well. But when we complained about numerous issues, all we got was an apology. No refunds, no real substance, just sorry. Place was flooded from the rain though the windows that don’t close. Doors falling off. Dirty couches, the list goes on…“

„The place was nice and clean, but the problem was communication. We reached out to the Agent of the place regarding a WiFi and how to connect the tv as it is an old Sinotec smart tv, we only got the password from the lady and she ignored communications on how to connect the tv. She also ignored communication of where should we get the keys to the pool from. I even sent messages on the Hotels.com website to the property and nobody responded. “

„Wir hatten eine tollen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment ist gut eingerichtet, gepflegt und sauber und bietet alles, was eine Familie benötigt. Die Lage direkt am Strand und in der Nähe von Ushaka hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Aussicht von unserem Balkon Richtung Hafenkanal und Meer hat und sehr, sehr zugesagt und beeindruckt. Einziger Minuspunkt: Der Pool wurde renoviert und wir konnten diesen außer an einem Tag nicht nutzen, hierauf gab es im Vorfeld keinem Hinweis von Hotelseite.“
