« We had no hot water for showers, the basin in the main bathroom has a plumbing issue as is leaking underneath and door handle fell off the bathroom. Tried to communicate with the property manager and still have not received a response to the water issue from her. Stayz people were fantastic trying to sort it out. Needs a proper clean with the bathmat containing other guests hair etc. we went to our graduation with having no showers. I would not recommend. »

« This property is fantastic. I really enjoyed the story surrounding the building (being built up in the last couple of years with the original building being 184 years old!). Everything was very clean and cosy and is the perfect stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The communication from the host is perfect, she really went above and beyond to make the stay as easy as possible. »
