« Excellent friendly hotel. Ample parking, clean and comfortable rooms. Restaurant excellent. Owners are very friendly. Nothing too much trouble. There was a minor set back with checking in. Check in from 4 but door locked. It was a little frustrating as Iâd been working all day but wasnât waiting too long. Hopefully was a one off as I will be surely checking in again when Iâm in the area. »

« Great little studio flat. Perfect for 2 people. Kitchen well equipped, great hair dryer, lovely towels, comfy bed, great all round apartment. Didnât bother me but 2 flights of stairs into the rafters of the house for anyone with mobility issues. Very comfortable, wound stay again. »

« Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students.
After contacting Hotels.com
several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back.
Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund.
Keep up the good work Hotels.com
Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions.
But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. »

« My accommodation at James's Place was perfect for my needs. Modern and stylish design. Fresh and clean throughout. Nice touches such as Welsh cakes and milk on arrival. Great information shared about the local area. Would highly recommend 10/10 »
