Eagle Bay Manor offers a completely private walk-out basement, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay. While the care taker occupies the upstairs space, the thoughtful layout of the home ensures privacy is never a concern. Guests will have exclusive access to all the living spaces described above., including the hot tub, covered patio with firepit, and all listed amenities. For security and maintenance purposes, two doors within the suite remain locked - the furnace room and storage.
Rest assured, your retreat at Eagle Bay Manor is designed for seclusion, relaxation, and uninterrupted comfort.
Other things to note;
The suite unit has its own heat and air conditioning unit - a heat pump controlled by a hand held device on the lamp table between the two arm chairs.
