Hotel East Auckland

« Great accommodation. Cat welcomed us at the lobby and checked us in early as the room was already available. We also got free parking through Expedia VIP access. The 2 bedroom was very spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The washer/dryer also worked perfectly. »

« L’hôtel est bien situé : commerces à proximité, proche d’Auckland et des parcs. C’est notre 3ème séjour dans cet hôtel : déception cette fois-ci pour un séjour de 10 jours aucun ménage, pas de changement de draps, les serviettes propres ( quand ils y pensaient) étaient posées sur la table basse du salon ( les serviettes sales toujours dans la salle de bain). Le sol n’a pas été nettoyé du séjour. Je ne comprends pas une telle baisse de prestations, j’apprécierais cet hôtel au bon rapport...

« Disappointed to have only 2 coffee sachets supplied - my friend & I both elderly & find it hard to negotiate stairs so going down to office for more not an easy option. Would be great if info about nearby food options supplied eg. It was only in daylight we realised there was a NW supermarket across the road. »

« Unusual communication from the start. Booked through expedia, host was listed as Mei but actually a third party company made contact AFTER the free cancellation period asking for a large deposit. This was highly Unusual but I did my due diligence and they were a real company. On checkout it was confirmed I'd receive my deposit but it has taken well over a month to finally receive the funds. I received 6 emails during our stay with reminders of house rules, checkout procedures and even asking for...

« They called me to cancel the morning of the stay and told me to contact Expedia. I didn't get a refund. They yelled at my colleague on the phone. Don't book here, book somewhere else, not worth it. »
