« The property was very clean and spacious! From the outside the house doesn’t look as big as it actually is. Plenty of space to spread out, well stocked bathrooms with plenty of towels. Anything you might need re: kitchen utensils is provided. The home is right across the street from the football field and a three minute drive from the basketball arena. « The home was clean and well equipped. The host was very considerate with a stocked coffee bar, plenty of towels and linens, and cleaning products. She even had chilled sodas and water for us with bottled waters at our bedsides. The home is small but perfect for our family of three. The host was always quick to respond to any messages we shared. « This is our second time staying at this house. It is a spacious, clean home and we enjoyed our stay. Jon and Ashlee are very communicative and respond very quickly when anything is needed. « This is a wonderful historic property if you're into a vintage stay. We were. The home is lovely. The only disadvantages are not having a host on-site and having to get luggage up the stairs without an elevator or bellhop assitance; there are no bedrooms on the ground floor. And being vintage, it takes quite a while to adjust the temperature to where you want it. Also, it would be helpful to have television instructions; we were never able to figure out how to get anything on the TV. »

« First off, it took me 4 hours after check-in time to get the check-In instructions, after messaging host twice, contacting VRBO directly and calling all numbers listed. The cohost was not very friendly and instead of apologizing straight away she stated that VRBO was supposed to send the instructions. The fridge was dirty, there was a used loofa and dried shampoo bottles in the bathroom. The decorations of this house were absolutely gorgeous and the location is great. »
