« If I can put zero stars I would do it. I've got there with my family at 2 am after a sport event in the Kansas city Stadium and they told me basically that they sold my room after I paid it with anticipation on Expedia and they didn't have nothing for me. Nothing more frustated than that and never to be expeted from a hotel »

« We stayed at this property just to stop halfway through our travels and it was better than I expected. Staff was very friendly, made for an easy check in after driving all day long. The place smelled so clean. The room was so pretty and the beds were comfy. The bathroom was huge, that was my unexpected but it was amazing! It's also close for shopping and eating. We had to make a walmart run and we got food right next to the hotel. Definitely a great place for a quick nap to recharge!! Thank you! »

« The pet-friendly rooms were noticeably worse than the standard rooms. They had a strong odor, there was dog hair throughout the room, and the overall condition and cleanliness were much lower quality than the non-pet rooms. If you’re traveling with a pet, I would not recommend staying here. When we raised our concerns about the condition of the room, the staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and rude, which made the experience even more disappointing. »

Déco de la chambre vieillotte, moquette tachée et mauvaise odeur en entrant... mais propreté acceptable... Accueil acceptable. Par contre le petit déjeuner (salle et contenu) était très bien. Game low cost de Best Western mais ne vaut pas sa grande soeur !! Acceptable de passage... »

« This hotel was ok. Lots of good breakfast options with protein. My issues were mainly the cleanliness of the room. There were other peoples hair in the bed and shower, it didn’t seem like they changed the sheets. There was a spot in the room where the door made an awful sound and gave in a little, it’s concerning and could be dangerous if someone falls through the floor. For a quick stay while traveling we were fine but they also didn’t return the $75 deposit and we had to call our bank to get...

« Owner was super nice & prompt in resolving an issue with TV. The room was clean. Clean & comfy bed. Surrounded by grassy area which was perfect for walking dog. No lobby coffee or breakfast- but coffee maker in room. Conveniently located next to large gas station. »
