« Overall the Little Gem was clean and well-appointed. Fans needed to be cleaned. And no cooktop to speak of because there was a wood shelf barely a foot above. Providing an arial view of the location of the condo and the condo number would have been helpful to us when arriving in the deep dark of night. »

« Although this property was OK I was disappointed as everything was just the bare minimum. The bedroom had cobwebs in the corners, there was very little cutlery or glassware, the induction hotplate did not work and it was not a very cozy atmosphere. »

« When we first arrived there were open garbage bags and a dumpster overflowing of garbages in front of the property and our units window, there were many flies everywhere. The unit was extremely hot when we first arrived, only has a small window AC in the bedroom which took about 3 hours to cool the entire place down. Dont know why they didnt turn on AC before our arrival? We reached out to the host to let them know about the garbages outside and that we also discovered lots of fruit flies in...

« Nice to have all the appliances and be able to do our laundry. Good location, Wilma was a responsive host. They need better signage - the building has a barber shop in it and 3 people coming for a haircut ended up knocking on our door because they couldn't find the entrance, which is through the Bubble Tea shop. Noisy in the day time but okay for sleeping. »
