« We were so looking forward to our stay at this home. However, upon arrival, we noticed that the basement had flooded. There were a few fans running around the room, so someone was aware of this problem and did not address it, or notify us. It took us 4 hours on the phone to finally get the problem addressed and resolved with VRBO customer service. The host did finally contact us several hours later after we had left the home and found a hotel. Apparently there was an issue with a broken phone?...

« still waiting for our promised full refund. We were not able to stay there. We were lied to that the previously noted maintenance issues were repaired (sewage leak into basement and broken washer/dryer filled with mud). Kitchen was filthy with food encrusted utensils. Only 2 forks (dirty!) for a place that sleeps 6. We believe the manager is a chabot. »
