« Acceuil normal sans plus, mais ils peuvent faire mieux. Porte de la chambre qui frotte et qui bloque, idem pour la porte de la salle de bain. Réveillé par un pickup à 5h de matin, qui faisait chauffé son moteur sous ma fenêtre. Frigo qui fait un bruit incroyable. J'ai reporté tout ça à l'accueil, qui m'a juste dit "désolé". Aucune intervention de sa part. Je ne vous conseille pas cet hotel. »

« The bathtub after taking a shower filled up and took a long time to drain and it was filthy. One of the bedspreads had a cigarette hole in it. »

« The front desk clerk was absolutely the most delightful and helpful. The room was clean and all the amenities were working. The free breakfast was a delicious perk to our stay. The location was great and around lots of shopping and restaurants. The bed was super comfy and there plenty of outlets for our electronics. Will definitely be staying again when we visit in September »

« To start, the front desk guy was very unenthusiastic about his job. One word answers to questions. Biggest issue was the state of our room. Lots of stains on sheets and bed covers. The bottom of the bathroom door was falling apart, painted shower drain coming off and mold on caulking and ceiling in the bathroom. Pretty gross stuff. Needs a full makeover. No excuse for the sheets. Get rid of them when they are stained. »

« The first day we got there the air was out so they put us in another room which was infected with roaches, call the front desk to let them know and they offered to move us again well we had drove 4 1/2 hours to get there with 3 kids that were exhausted we stayed in the room asked if the kids could go to the pool they lied and said that the chemicals was being put into the pool and gave us wristbands to go to another hotel for the kids to get in (absolutely a mess) went to check out and was...

« My technicians belongings were removed from his room and placed in an area where general public had access to. And eventually stole his stuff. We asked the manager for an explanation on why his staff would not have secured his belongings and he had no answers for us, no recourse offered. He filed a police report and was then asked to leave the property. I will never stay there again or recommend otherwise. »

« Very nice hotel, clean, comfortable, helpful friendly staff, the breakfast was just okay basic stuff nothing special. Nice area and quiet. »

« The staff was just as disgusting as the hotel itself. No customer service at all!! I stayed there all of 1 hour while I looked for another hotel. Absolutely disgusting »
