Hôtel près de Sentier East Shore, Incline Village, Incline Village

« The rooms are great. They are large, modern and very clean. There is plenty of room to move around. It's in a wooded area so it feels a bit secluded. The views out the rooms are nice. The staff is great. There is a lady there that is either the owner or manager and she is wonderful. She knows the area, makes great suggestions on food and fun stuff to do. She is very kind, polite and generous. She made drinks for my son and I (hot coco and tea). She was fun to talk to. I wrote this...

« Alors l hôtel est très bien placé, vous traversez la rue vous êtes au lac. La chambre est grande, par contre surchauffée la nuit avec la cheminée, nous avons dû ouvrir la fenêtre ds la nuit tellement il faisait chaud, La literie est un peu molle. Il y a une piscine qui a l air très sympa et un jacuzzi, nous étions en avril, la piscine était fermée, le jacuzzi ouvert. Nous avons été déçu de la vie que nous avions, nous avions un mur… Par l hôtel n’a Pas pas de réception, il faut faire l’arrivée...

« The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. »

« Accueil sympa, Chambre propre, pas de bruit, mais pas de café et douche minuscule. »

« L'hotel est bien placé à côté du musée et en face d'un restaurant mexicain très bon et avec un excellent rapport qualité prix. Pour l'hôtel, les chambres sont en mauvais état, la salle du petit déjeuner est poir 6 personnes et l machine à café ne fonctionnait pas. »
