« Exactly like pictures and description, was able to fit 8 for a Hen Do, perfect location for beach and town etc. Hosts were really good during the welcome making sure we knew where everything was/ where to go if we needed anything.Only downside is parking but not unexpected due to how central it is. I'd stay here again if I ever planned another group trip to Brighton, an easy choice tbh »

« The property really couldn’t have been any better for our weekend celebrating my sister’s hen party. The location was perfect - central, seconds from the sea and near to all of our planned activities. The communal areas were fantastic, especially the large dining area. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Excellent communication with the host too, thank you! »

« I stayed in this property with my wife, son, daughter-in-law and 5 month old grandchild.The lock box was a little tricky to open as the after entering the code the little lever was difficult to get a grip on and push down as well as pulling out the lock box door, but eventually I managed to get it open.The property was very clean and well prepared for our arrival with tea/coffee etc.A couple of pointers for future stays.Dishwasher tablets were left for us with washing up liquid and hand soap…but...
