„Every was nice a clean when we arrived. The only thing i can give any kind of criticism to is the air conditioning. It way under powered. If we were to have rented in the dead of summer, I would have been upset do the fact of it ran all the time and cooled it off by maybe 10 degrees. There were time where it was cooler outside than inside.“

„The house is AMAZING!! There were 9 of us and we had plenty of space. The kitchen is one of the best stocked I’ve ever seen. We all love to cook, so this was a plus. The view is gorgeous. Rick and Corrine were great. Easy to communicate with and very thoughtful. They left us a gift basket and bottle of champagne to celebrate with. We would definitely stay again. “

„Convenient location in Winchester though the property made it feel like you are in the country. Check in time must be precise as the owner needs to explain a couple things and let you in. This was good as my husband had a couple questions. Toaster oven was missing its tray so it was not easy to use the appliance. Coffee maker and refrigerator work great, bathroom facilities work. The house is in great condition and a neat place to stay.“
