« As far as the house location , dock and yard it was great. There were so many mouse droppings in the kitchen and several bedrooms that I felt it to be a health hazard. We heard scratches at night. Being there with a toddler, it was very disturbing. We left a day early. The a/c was also not functioning properly, so the daytime was hot. Nighttime was ok. Will not go back. »

The water was not anything I wanted to swim in, very muddy, but they were getting a lot of rain so I'm not sure if it is always like that. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. It's nice having a carport to store the boat under and it is very close to the Jonathon Creek boat ramp.
