I think the listing should mention that there is an 8 person limit on use of the swimming pool. That was a problem for us. We enjoyed our stay.

First family reunion since the pandemic

This was the perfect house for our large family. Lots of areas to gather, and everyone had their own private space to retreat to for quiet time. We had a wonderful stay, and we’re looking forward to coming back.

A wonderful place to spend time with loved ones or friends!

The property was beautiful, well taken care of and well represented as it was online! There was even a nice welcome basket left for us with goodies! The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. There was so much sleeping space & bathrooms for our large group and plenty to do with a pool table, hot tub, and ping pong table and theater room. Those all got used regularly in our 3 night stay. There were plenty of places to gather as smaller groups. My only complaint would be that there wasn't a lot of seating/table space for our entire group when we wanted to all gather together for meals so we had to be creative and spread out or eat in shifts. An extra folding table and chairs would be nice to set up on the deck. A couple of things that would have been good to know ahead of time: There are some huge fees that aren't mentioned until you are checking out and ready to pay. If we weren't in a time crunch to find a place we probably would have skipped the house due to the very high fees that were added on. But I am glad we did get it because it was a great place to stay and wonderful experience. The other thing was there is no parking allowed in the street at all. We were worried about that because we had multiple vehicles. But as it turned out, there was plenty of space for multiple vehicles on the carport and in the garage; we just had to do some shuffling here and there and a couple of vehicles had to park up the street in "overflow" parking lots (which is nice that they are available). But I think that might be important to know initially for some larger groups. Thank you to Pat and Adele for a wonderful experience!!

Beautiful week in Eden

This was a lovely home. Besides nice rooms for couples there was a room for the granddaughters that they really enjoyed. Pat was very responsive and wonderful to work with. Lots of gathering spaces to spread out and the view of the valley below was unobstructed and beautiful. Thanks for a wonderful place to gather with our family.

The location and property was perfect for our use.

We wanted a dental location between the two ski resorts. The only thing to note next time is to ensure the hot tub is in working order above 100 degrees and the grill had propane. Other than that we enjoyed the house and provided everything we needed.

Great house for big group!

This house was exactly as represented. Lots of great spaces to eat, hang out, watch movies and play games. Kitchen was fully stocked for large groups with enough pots, pans, dishware, etc. for group of 18. Bedrooms and bath were well appointed. Easy to get in and out of house and short 15 minute drive to Powder Mtn. Will definitely rent again on next big group trip to Pow Mow. Owners very easy to work with which is a bonus.

Great location, huge house

A group of families rented this house for our ski vacation. Unfortunately, it was sold after our initial booking was confirmed, but the new owner was kind enough to honor the booking at the same price. Overall, the house was in good shape and was a great size and layout for our group. There were a few things that were broken, primarily wear and tear items, so we tried to highlight them to the owner shortly after check-in as we identified them. Overall great house, but if you're using all the beds there will be lots of linens in the laundry room. Also, make sure to do a good sweep at the end to make sure everything has been done according to the check-out instructions, you might want to take pictures for your records.

Great experience and excellent accommodations.

We had a wonderful stay at Eden’s house, it’s a perfect place for a family vacations, the house is full equipped and very comfortable, clean and beautiful rooms. It is near to different mountains for skiing and have different activities. Pat and his brother Robert were very kind and helpfull with everything. Highly recommended for a family vacations.

Feels just like home!

We (14 of us) spent Christmas at this beautiful home! It was perfect! We all had our own space…yet so many memories made, playing Pool, Ping Pong, etc. and we were so close to Snowboarding…so fun! Thanks Pat and Robert for the amazing Christmas decorations and our individual names on Christmas ornaments! Such a great surprise! We can’t wait to visit again! God bless!

Amazing house/ amazing host

Our whole family, ages 74-1, had a ball. Due to the multiple bedrooms/bathrooms, each family group can have their own area. The kitchen and common room are great for meals, etc. Most recreation sites are close by. Debbie, the host, was super helpful. We would love to come back again and again.

UDEL 30 year reunion

What a wonderful home and host. In all my years travelling the country and Europe, we have found the best property and the most attentive host. Debbie was amazing and always available to answer any questions. The little touches really made the difference. Everything we needed was there, be it spices and condiments, multiple coffee makers, excellent linens and all the amenities we could have ever needed. Finally, when we were greeted with a gift box, we knew we made the right choice. Our group of 14 absolutely recommends Big Horn and Debbie!

An Excellent Cabin that Exceeded Expectations

This was an excellent cabin that exceeded my expectations. The stunning views of the valley were the clear highlight but the luxurious interior was a close second. It was laid out very well to accommodate a large group. The pool table, ping pong table, hot tub and theater room made for a lot of fun while there were still plenty of comfortable places to have a quiet conversation. It was very well stocked and the check-in/check-out process was clear and easy. I couldn't have hoped for a better experience.

An annual must

Our new home away from home. Our second year of staying at this Big Horn home was as good as the first time. Debbie was again an excellent host and her luxury home has all the amenities that our own home has. I couldn't get over the dear walking by the house every day and the view is amazing. You can pencil us in every year.
