Dieses spektakulĂ€re Haus ist ein 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt, nur wenige Schritte von der malerischen Radweg, und zu Fuß zu Whaley ist, wurde zu einer der Top 25 Seafood Dives, von Coastal Living-Magazin.

Dieses gerĂ€umige Paradies verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine große, offene Wohn / Esszimmer / KĂŒche Kombination, ideal fĂŒr Familienfeiern und unterhaltsam Freunde.

Das Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber 4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer, 1 WC, eine geschlossene Dusche im Freien und wird zu 9 GĂ€ste. 4. Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit separatem Eingang. Bed GrĂ¶ĂŸen gehören ein König, zwei Königinnen, ein Zweibettzimmer und ein Etagenbett.

Es gibt eine große Sonnenterrasse zum Entspannen, Sonnenbaden, unterhaltsamen und Speisesaal. Ein zusĂ€tzlicher Bildschirm Veranda bietet eine perfekte Ort fĂŒr Ess-oder einfach zum Entspannen mit einem GetrĂ€nk und genießen die Brise.

Die unter Carport Bereich verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine Zwei-Personen HĂ€ngematte, zwei HĂ€ngesessel und eine Schaukel, wĂ€hrend immer noch genĂŒgend Platz fĂŒr ParkplĂ€tze. Es ist ein perfektes Objekt fĂŒr jede Familie get-away.

Edisto Escape

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We look forward to our Edisto Beach week vacation ever year. This house was a fan favorite. The pool, while a little warm thanks to the hot SC June days, was a nice bonus. The house was perfect for our family and friends. Very well decorated and lots of storage, clean and well maintained. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We hope to book again very soon!

Wonderful Week!

Our entire family enjoyed our week here. None of us, including the two year old, wanted to live. The house was extremely clean, perhaps the cleanest house we have stayed in to date. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The pool and outdoor area was a wonderful spot for the entire family to come together to relax and cook each evening. We couldn't have asked for a better location. Packing a wagon and walking to the beach each day was so easy. Many of us enjoyed hopping on the bike trail behind the house to ride bike or walk. We didn't want to leave and we will definitely be back!

Family vacation

Great location! The house is beautiful and parts of it have been recently updated. The kitchen is well supplied with cooking utensils, small appliances, etc. We have stayed two years in a row. We especially love the pool, bunk beds, and proximity to the bike path!

The property was in a great location and we loved having a pool. We had an issue with the air conditioner and the owner was immediately on top of the situation and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

The property was as listed. Clean and comfortable. Convenient location to beach and bike path. Lots of deer around. Pool was fun. Was able to sit outside without a ton of bugs, so must have some type of bug control.

A great week!

This is our second year in a row staying at the house and it is perfect for our group. The bedrooms are great for the adults and the bunk room is great for the kids. The pool is a wonderful feature as well! The check in and out process is a breeze!

First Edisto trip

Perfectly located on the bike path that the kids loved! Very short walk to the beach which was also very convenient. Clean home with plenty of space on the patio and underneath the deck to hang out. Definitely would stay here again.

Pack Your Patience, Your Pool Boy, Bath Mats, and a Mop.

They hook you with the pool. While the pool was an absolute blast for the kids, it needed some much needed cleaning before our arrival and even during our stay. Yes, I'm aware that normal debris will accumulated in the pool during the week however not having access to a pool skimmer to clean the surface and remove said debris during the stay isn't ideal. All brushes and skimmers for the pool are locked up leaving the renter to come up with a way to skim the debris and bugs from the water every day. The pool was supposedly cleaned on Sunday (we arrived on Saturday) however the skimmer baskets weren't emptied at all and the property owners only gave a mere explanation that the pool would be cleaned again on Saturday--the day of departure. Kicking back to check-in: the cleaning crew arrived 20 minutes prior to our 3/pm check-in time. Granted, we were 20 minutes early but they cleaned up until 4/pm leaving 3 adults and 3 kids stranded under the house in the heat to await their completion of the cleaning. Kick it forward to the night of check-in and I noticed that ALL of our feet were black from walking around on the floors and I'm not talking about the cement. I'm talking about the floors in the house. Mind you--the cleaning crew was just out earlier to clean the house. I'm not sure if mopping or cleaning the floors were included. I had to wash the kids' feet each night AGAIN before bed even AFTER they supposedly came out a second time to "clean the floors". I highly recommend the home owners block out time for the floors to undergo a DEEP CLEAN and suggest the cleaning company use something other than a Swiffer Sweeper Mop. I should have took a review I read to heart. It was about the floors and no bath mats. The listing specifically states that the home is equipped with bath mats. They are not. Luckily I packed bath mats just on the in case the review was correct. Also, if you like to hear a toilet run or don't want the toilet to flush, I highly suggest you stay in the master bedroom with the king bed or the downstairs room. And if you love the smell of sewer, walk into the kitchen or stay in the master. One more thing--the room with the bunk-beds and twin bed: First, the mattress pads, blankets, and comforters were NOT cleaned. And then there's the matter of the twin mattress standing up between the twin bed and the bunkbeds--YUCK.

The pool was dirty when we got there. They cleaned the pool. All of 5 min. Still dirty after they left. The downstairs bedroom only had 1 ac vent, the shower needs replaced, the mattress needs to be replaced, if you layed on the you rolled to the middle of the bed. The back sliding door needs replaced, it sounds like it's thundering every time you open or close it

Good time

We spent a long weekend at this property with family including 3 small children. Communication was great throughout the stay and very responsive. Pool was a great feature. Only thing to note is there are no interior stairs to bottom level bedroom.

Nice location

The location was very convenient and close to the beach. Edisto is a very small island with a limited amount of restaurants and only one grocery store. Nice place to get away and spend time with family. The pool area was enjoyed by all and was our go-to area daily. We spent most of our time by the pool or on the top deck watching the people and animals walk the trail located just behind the house. The House: Upon checking into the home it appeared to be clean and in good shape.Our family always removes our shoes indoors(just something we've always done to prevent tracking in sand/etc.) The floors were very dirty and caused the bottoms of our feet to turn black. The bathrooms were not cleaned, the shower still had water beads on it from the previous renters and the shower curtain had lots of mildew on it. We purchased a mop and cleaning supplies and cleaned the home before sleeping the first night. You have to provide your own sheets, etc, which is fine and we knew ahead of time. But once you remove the comforters off of the beds to make them, they had to be vacuumed off due to food and hair on the mattresses. We saw 5 cockroach "looking" bugs in the bedroom and living room also. We found roach spray under the kitchen sink and used it several times. I didn't contact the owner immediately as I too am a property manager and didn't want to cause any issues during our stay. And sometimes things get overlooked. If you do choose to stay at this property, make sure you take bath rugs, as there aren't any. I almost felt like I was at a youth retreat with the lack of common things that should be in a house. I was traveling with my 70-year-old parents, my adult son and his friend that remained in bed after the first day because of sickness. We ended up leaving a day early and I notified the owner and also made them aware of the bugs we found, but honestly, I wasn't making a big deal out of anything. So two days later I got an email from the insurance we purchased for our stay that we had a claim filed on us. I contacted the owners right away and no response. I contacted them 3 times and requested pictures and documentation of the damage because I know we didn't damage anything! I only got a generic message from them with a "don't worry" message, insurance will take care of the damages and we look forward to your next stay! So here I am writing this review and I DID NOT want to do this. Please beware!!We won't be back!
