« No complaints about anything other than cleaning of the room. Day one... It was VERY obvious our room had not been cleaned. There were hairs and other disgusting things on the sheets. The tub had not been cleaned and the floor towel mat that was folded and hung over the side of the tub was sopping wet. We talked to the lady and the front desk and she was great, promptly taking care of the issues and very apologetic. Day two... beds were not made up. We did have clean towels and dry floor...

« The property is old, and if it were just that, it would be one thing. There was moss growing all over the walkways, a weedy mess all around the buildings. Bugs everywhere. On top if it all, the room was very expensive for the equivalent of a cheap seedy motel room. They charge a resort fee on top of the room rate, which is laughable. They’re not even maintaining this property, let alone investing to bring it back to what it once was. There is no attempt at anything resembling accessibility,...

« When we pulled up the outdoor pool was empty and if order. The indoor pool’s heater was not working so the water was cold. Hot tub was cold and sauna was out of order. Didn’t look like the pool area was ever swept and there was even a urine ketone test strip on the ground. The first room smelled like marijuana. The second run MM room’s security lock on the door was broken off and there was an inappropriate sticker on the fridge. Empty vending machines »

« the room could have been a little bit cleaner. TV was not working and could not get on the internet. The restaurant/bar was great. Very friendly. Food was very good. »

« The room and grounds were clean. The bed was uncomfortable and felt like it was going to fall apart any time you moved. The coffee area in the room was not impressive having an open container of coffee vs prepackaged is unsanitary. No soap or shampoo in. Room. Overall if your looking for a place to sleep and your passing by this place would be for you The bar and grill next door had good food »

« Bed was a bit stiff ' bathroom door to in the room was to close to the toliet cant sit down without hitting your knee on the door when closing the door. Back of the hotel near sitting bench shows signs of neglect with missing a trash can. »

« This is a great place to stay, staff was great. A little disappointed the restaurant was closed Tuesday and Wednesday but the pool was great and the area of the lake was pretty quiet. The cabin was nice, we will be back. »

« The location of the Lake House Inn was great for visiting my husband's brother and his girlfriend. The room was attractively decorated, the beds reasonably comfortable, and the room reasonably clean (baseboards and walls are due a good wipe-down, though). TP dispenser was MUCH too far from the toilet and there was a faceplate for a control to a nonexistent heat lamp that hung loose from the wall. Maybe remove the faceplate and TP dispenser and plaster over those spots? DO NOT book through...

« Our experience with Ozark and and suites was not very good though the service was good but it was mediocre. I wanted my money back, but they said I couldn’t get my money back because I already gave them my card and I think I should get my refund because I wasn’t as satisfied, Customer. »
