Hôtel près de Centre commercial Emporium Pluit, Jakarta, Jakarta

« The hotel is amazing, filled with the spirit of it's creators. »

« Stayed for 2 nights. My dorm was big enough fit the bunks and some space. It was very clean . The bunk had a privacy curtain, a private lamp, an electrical socket, a mini shelf and a mini hanger for 1/2 clothing items. The bed and a medium mattress, were very comfortable. The thick duvet was great due to the AC set quite low. The AC unit was temperamental, sometimes it would randomly get warm. Guests were assigned a locker, outside of the room and could fit my backpack and trolley case. The...

« La première journée ma chambre n’a pas été nettoyer Je suis arrivé à 1h00 am Ils ont eux assez de temps pour se préparer Ou ils auraient dû me donner une chambre nettoyer Les autres jours parfait »

« 安いが必要な物は揃っていて、安心して宿泊できました。スタッフも親切でした。 »

« nice , clean and friendly »

« Took 10+ minutes to identify my reservation. They even asked me if the hotel I booked is in fact this property. What a shame. »

« L'hôtel est très propre da's l'entrée et la piscine est fantastique. Le restaurant est bon et bon marché. Par contre les chambres sont très vieilles avec certaines avec de la moquette dans un état lamentable. Les meubles sont vieux et endommagés. »

« On the surface this hotel is lovely- the towels in the bathroom had large holes (not a minor tear but holes), the shower head spurted more water sideways than down. The water dispenser in the hall provided hot and hotter water and the bidet leaked. Bedding was grey and dingey. The breakfast was the worst we hadover three weeks in Indonesia. Despite the negatives the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and spacious and quiet. »

« I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the accommodations provided during our recent stay at your establishment, which was booked as an executive family room for four persons through [Expedia/booking portal]. We expected a three-star hotel experience based on the descriptions and images presented on the booking platform. However, the reality was shockingly substandard, misleading, and entirely unacceptable. Upon arrival, there was just a guy in a tiny shop lot under the...
