« Extremely noisy from all directions. People were walking outside right past our window, there were tons of cars making noise with alarms going off, hotel doors were constantly being slammed shut throughout the entire night, and the ice machine right next to our room was very noisy too. We are silver members and no breakfast was given as most Hiltons are supposed to. »

I've experienced some minor issues (shower, door locker) but all of them have been fixed very quickly, big up for the maintenance and front desk teams. 2 minor concerns: - the breakfast is a bit light in terms of choice. Having a possibility to order some eggs (like omelet) would make this hotel perfect ! - arriving to the hotel is a bit tricky due to the road organization. Nothing that the hotel can handle but this needs to be noted for other frequent travelers like...

« I only stayed here one night. The place is great and it's just a short walk from SJ Civic. The room was really comfy and quiet. The lobby and rooftop are both great. We didn't get a chance to try their breakfast. There's a $30 charge for parking and we literally couldn't find any! We ended up parking in a spot where a bunch of construction stuff was piled up, so I'm taking off a star for that. »
