„Alles gut“

„I expected much more from a 4-star hotel. We stayed for 5 nights and were initially given a room with a bed that literally measured 1.35 meters wide. This is completely unsuitable for two people; it is a full-size/double bed at most anywhere in the world, never a bed for two adults. For a 4-star hotel to offer this is unacceptable, even if it is the economy room. I have never experienced anything like this in a 4-star hotel before. On the bright side, the noise level in that first room was okay ...

„Excellent location, near the airport shuttle bus stop and Universitat Metro station. A lot of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff was very kind and helpful. I would definitely book it again.“

„average 3-star Hotel. Good location.“
