„Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen, besonders das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Allerdings war das Buffet am Abend eher enttäuschend. Ein großer Minuspunkt war, dass die Liegen bereits morgens um 7 Uhr von Gästen reserviert wurden, und das Personal auf Nachfrage leider nichts dagegen unternommen hat, obwohl in den Poolregeln steht, dass dies nicht erlaubt ist. Das war wirklich anstrengend und hat den Poolaufenthalt getrübt.“

„Our room was great, with a beautiful view. We loved have the hot tub on the balcony. Liked that it was close to downtown and Walmart. Staff and service were good except for the few times they tried to get us to their timeshare presentation but they backed off once we stood firm on not being interested. Never had an issue finding a lounge chair at any of pools and access to the beach was easy. Also the spa and their staff was really great. Will definitely be going back. “

„We stayed at Hacienda for the first time. We had a great stay! The property staff was great. the property only has 1 restaurant so on property dining is limited but close enough to other great local restaurants. The only draw back was the 2 cruise liners that came into the port and blocked our views for 2 days. Beach is accessible and great service available beach side. We will definitely return. “
