Parking is available on the property and along the street. Large trucks and SUVs should park on the street rather than in the driveway or garage. Please keep sidewalks and neighboring driveways clear at all times.

Enjoy convenient self check-in using our Yale smart lock. Your personalized entry code and check-in instructions will be provided before arrival.

For everyone's safety, locked owner storage areas and pool equipment are not accessible to guests.

We respect your privacy and offer convenient self check-in so you can enjoy your stay at your own pace.

Although we won't be on-site, we're happy to assist through messaging if you have questions, need recommendations, or experience any issues during your visit.

As a family with a background in healthcare and first-response services, hospitality, cleanliness, and safety are especially important to us.

🌴POOL & SEASONAL HEATING

Our private swimming pool is available year-round!

During cooler months (November–March), optional pool heating is available for $50 per night, with a target temperature of 82–84°F, weather permitting.

• Please request heating at least 24 hours before arrival.
• Pool heating is not included in the standard nightly rate.
• Heating fees must be agreed upon and paid through here before activation.
• Pool temperatures may vary depending on outdoor weather conditions.

POOL SAFETY

Our pool is approximately 5.5 feet deep at its deepest point. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No diving, glass containers, or running around the pool.

GUEST POLICY

Our home accommodates a maximum of 10 overnight guests. All guests must be included in the reservation. Additional visitors require prior host approval. Unauthorized parties and events are not permitted.

PARKING

Large trucks and SUVs should park along the street rather than in the garage or driveway. Please keep sidewalks clear at all times.
