„Overall, I believe the exterior of the building needs improvement, as it gives a poor first impression. The room floor appeared dirty, and the entrance door from outside was difficult to close. Additionally, the room door felt insecure and did not seem properly locked. My nephew was able to open it easily, which raises safety concerns, especially for families with children.
The restroom floor was also in poor condition, to the point that I felt the need to shower while wearing slippers.
