« Checking in was a disaster. Their staff have no clue what they're doing. It took 45 minutes to get our room keys. We ended up needing a 2nd room and ran into the exact same problem with different staff. I asked for the manager and he just gave me excuses and attitude. We will never step foot in ANY Ceaser's owned establishment ever again after this experience. ZERO star experience! NOT RECCOMENDED. »

« hotel très bien situé très proche du bord du lac et d'une plage de sable vraiment exceptionnelle. Il faut quand même traverser une rue faisant office de parking pour les visiteurs du bord de lac ( nous n'y avons pas nagé, mois de février oblige.) Chambre et ambiance restaurant très bien également. Déçu par contre par le restaurant. Il y en a tellement d'autres aux alentours! »

« This place needs a renovation. Cabinets and furniture are old and worn. The showerglass doors won’t open properly and easily jump out of their tracks presenting a hazard. There is only hanging closet space. Common amenities like the gym are also ancient and low quality. That said, the location is great for a palisades and booking and check in were easy. »

« We had a fabulous stay at this property! Our room was clean, spacious and worked well for 5 adults (could accommodate more).The host provided a lot of helpful details prior to our visit. The kitchen was well stocked & you can walk accross the street to Target for groceries. You absolutely can not beat this location for gondola access. We rented skis on-site and a short walk up a set of stairs and you are at the gondola. Lots of shops and restaurants very close by. The heated pool and 2 hot tubs...
