« This historic property oozes charm. All the mechanicals worked perfectly, i.e., plumbing, hot water (plentiful); showers ( indoor and outdoor); electrical; and air conditioning. Although we had some of the hottest temps of the year, the AC on both the 1st and 2nd floors was outstanding! « My in laws stayed here for the Jaws 50th anniversary and the place was beautiful. The owners are amazing and very good at communication. I cannot say how awesome this was. The view of the water from the backyard was a big big hit as well for them. Gorgeous everything. »

« We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house immensely. We woke each morning to beautiful flowers and birdsong. The house is lovely, spacious and comfortable. We loved cooking in the large, light-filled kitchen, and there were multiple different dining locations - inside and out. Thanks to Sam for making sure we had everything we needed. »
