„The house was very clean and spacious for our group of 3. Our contact was courteous. The house location was great for Bell Smith Spring Trails. It’s not too far from the Garden of the rocks and the Rim Rock Trail. There was a small restaurant nearby in case travelers don’t want to cook. “

„We specifically were looking for a place with a kitchen so we could cook. This has a kitchen, but it was almost non-functional. No knives, no hot mitts, no cutting board, nothing to bake with. We improvised,but then the oven got stuck on 500 degrees/broil and wouldn't turn off. No one was on site that evening, and it took about 2 hours until our messages and phone calls were noticed. We had to turn off the gas to the entire oven and couldn't use it anymore. We ended up eating out most meals. A ...
