should have been 5 stars unfortunately it is not. Called in advance to make sure the pool and hottub would remain open during our stay. Only reason we came into town was to play in the snow ans warm up in the hot tub. During our stay they closed the hot tub the reason is there was a leak. There was no new leak during our stay simply they were applying primer over the repair over they previously completed so there was no unexpected unplanned leak. The leak had already been fixed and they were simply completing routine repairs after a ceiling leak. this was not unexpected and we should have been informed that there is scheduled maintenance during out trip. I called before reserving and they specifically said, “there is some work done over the jacuzzi but the hot tub will remain open during your stay” we were mislead lied misrepresented whatever you want to call it we had to end our stay early because there was no way to warm up grandma and a 5 month old baby since they dont have tubs in their room. Very disappointing. unacceptable to close the hottub for routine painting during NEW YEARS! and new years day!!!!
