« Folks at front desk were friendly, hotel was well kept. Rooms were nice , bed and pillows were comfy and slept well. But the shower. Oh my goodness, when you look at the showerhead you think, great, another water saving low power shower. No sir! Best shower I have ever experienced. Not strong enough to sting, but not far from it.
Ate at all the restaurants, great food at all and good service.

After a 9-hour drive from Florida, we arrived at Homewood Suites Shreveport at 1:00 a.m. for our confirmed reservation, only to be told, “we messed up and we don’t have a room for you. I guess I should have called you.” They sent us to the Hilton Garden Inn.
We specifically booked a room that was advertised to sleep six (2-queen suite with a pullout sofa). The replacement room had only 2 queen beds, no sofa - sleeping 4. When I pointed this out,...
