„Property is super clean and host is super responsive. It was well stocked with essentials and super easy short one turn drive into town. Smart TV’s were easy to use and the outdoor grill was great for family BBQ dinner. Spiral staircase to the upper bedroom was very fun!“

„The unit was clean and easy to find. Check in was not a problem. It is located between the center of town and the Inn at Holiday Valley. The only thing I would recommend is replacing the chairs on the deck putside of the main bedroom. We did not use the chairson the first floor outside. “

„Beautiful condo on the side of a ski slope. We didn’t get to witness any of the winter activities but we could see that it was set up well for skiing or any activity, any season. Very clean, exactly as described, host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Was a perfect in-between for us as we were visiting with family both at Letchworth and Allegany. “

„Great location for hiking on the mountain. Easy access to town. Close to Holiday Valley facilities and Spruce Lake. Kitchen is well equipped. AC available for summer temps, good heating in colder temps. Car dependent. Bring all your own groceries. Oven, stove, microwave, coffee making machines, and electric kettle make for great meal preparation. Ice in the freezer. Love it here!“
