Hotel Elphinstone

« Reverse cycle a/c / heater was ineffective; tv did not work - repeatedly switched off after about 2 minutes; internet did not work and reception seemed disinterested in resolving; lack of personal products - shower cap, toilet rolls etc. »

« Very nice resort with a very good restaurant. The standard rooms bathrooms could be more 'luxury' or a 4* hotel, but overall our 1-night stay was very good. »

« The room was really nice and good location, however, the noise from the beer garden and loud drinkers makes sleep before 1am impossible. »

« Everything was great and at the highest level you would desire it for the price of the accommodation. Excellent location in Hepburn Springs as well. We would definitely say again. »

« Amazing stay. The room was beautiful and possibly the cleanest I’ve ever encountered. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the bar staff were incredible at making cocktails and the restaurant served the best lamb I’ve ever had. Would 100% stay here again! »

« This motel is 5 star! Beautifully modernised and renovated, tastefully decorated with class and style. This isn't your average "this will do" basic room; this place is quality, comfortable, intentional, welcoming and pretty. It's the kind of room that you feel kind of sad to leave. The receptionist Sam was helpful and considerate, and we loved every minute of our stay here. If ever I have reason to stay in Daylesford, the Art Motel will be my first preference! Can't rate it high enough! »

« Warm and cosy. Plenty of blankets as well were in the middle of winter with frosty mornings. Enjoyed our stay »

« Good value and location. Bed was really comfortable. Poor lighting in room and bathroom. Venue felt like it was mid renovation. »

« The bed was so comfortable, the room was clean and had all you need for a bed and shower. The shared court yard needs some love and you could hear other guests out there talking until late but would stay again. Good location »

« Perfect place, with comfortable clean units and excellent bistro. »

« L'hôtel n'est pas facile à trouver avec l'adresse 308 high street, il vaut mieux chercher Wade street. C'est un petit hôtel discret. La chambre est spacieuse, bien équipée et très propre. C'est très accueillant. Un problème a noté: l'isolation phonique des canalisations: si le voisin prend sa douche ou utilise les toilettes: c'est très bruyant. »

« Excellent 👌 »

« Room was ok. Balcony needed sweeping and chairs had dust and dirt on them. Really comfortable beds. Shower accesories would not pump out »
