The condo needs a lot of work and TLC. Upon arrival, we discovered the toilet seat off the main bedroom falling off. Taking the initial shower, discovered that the tub drain was clogged as we stood in water. I fixed both of those issues. There were numerous light bulbs burned out. I purchased new ones. There still remain other bulbs burned out. I replaced a total of six. Dishes weren’t exactly clean from previous renter. One night, the headboard in the second bedroom came completely off while sleeping as the bed frame came crashing to the floor. There was no dining table to eat at. The stools at the counter are shaky at best. One major concern is the spongy floor in the second bathroom on the left side of the toilet where a person would stand. The dead bolt on the front door isn’t quite right. Overall the queens court property is fairly well maintained. We love staying at queens court because the beach is close by. I’m sure someone might think we are picking, however, when we come on vacation we want total satisfaction. Lastly, the gnats in the condo were quite annoying. Although we look to return next year, 1108 will not be in our consideration unless improvements are made. Lastly, we never heard from anyone during our two week stay to check if everything was in good order. Sincerely The Rebok’s
