« They were so great and even left me a happy birthday surprise in my room!! Only thing I can say that I have complaints about is that they were allowing me late check out of 1pm saying it was a perk for my birthday. Well we decided to extend our stay one day extra and when late check out was mentioned they wouldn't do 1 pm. I felt like I almost was punished for staying an extra day by not getting my 1pm late check out as promised. :/
Other than that it was great. Room was great. Shower was...

« Personnel très aimable. La chambre était correcte mais odeur pas très agréable, cheveux dans le lit et tache sur la couverture. Le motel de trouve en bord de route donc très bruyant, prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles. La climatisation fait le bruit d'un avion. Dépanne une nuit pas plus. »

Boca grande est vraiment très agréable pour se reposer et profiter d'une très belle plage où pour pêcher. »

« We had a room on the ground floor close to the gym, it was a little noisy cause we could hear the tv blasting and the machines working.
The hotel is clean, rooms comfy and spacious. The breakfast is ok.
The staff is however soooo friendly and helpful. Special kudos to Fandhy who checked us in last night, she was super kind and gracious. Lovely lady at the breakfast also helped me to get the pancakes maker working and brought me more hot water for my tea. These people really made our stay...

« When I booked this place, it did not indicate they were under renovation. Since we were the only one staying there, they put us in one of the renovated rooms, but still needs some things to complete. Like a Chest of drawers to put your clothes in there was no place to put clothes other than on the shelf and there were no hangers. There were no end tables in the living room so we had to use the barstools.
The shower door in the guest bathroom was on backwards so if you hang your towel up, you...
