« Receptionist who checked us in was good, but rest of staff not welcoming at all. Room upgrade was ok but seemed unfinished or lack of furniture. Views on the mountains are amazing, If you can cover your sight and unsee all the trash around the property. Breakfast was quite good. Spa and swimming pool is available for extra charge but affordable. Can become an amazing hotel. »

« Was nice little hotel with great view and a stone’s throw to the ski lift and ticketing. You can even ski down to it and back to the hotel but was too late in the season for that. Maybe next time. Staff was friendly dinner with a view was good. Great view from the room and good water pressure. Clean water to drink right out of the tap. »

« George, Saba, and Ucha made everything perfect. Expect the best in class guest experience at Tsiga. They went above and beyond in every single aspect. Room service was top notch, just one call and they are at your door. They provided free pick/drop service to the ski lifts. Good breakfast. We even rented our ski gear for half the price here. »

« Location and surrounding was good 2 twin beds were promised by the expedia site and payment was done for the same ,but hotel just gave a single twin bed,which was a major setback Hotel doesnt have an elevator ,so carrying luggage to the 3 rd floor was quite difficult,hotel staffs didnt bother to help »

« We stayed at Gudauri Loft from Feb. 8th to 14th, 2020. Starting with points to improve : - Room not cosy, lacking furniture to store our clothes and things even though there is room for one or two additional drawers -Bed mattress in parent room not comfortable. Very thin. -Room was cold - in particular the bathroom - even though heaters were at maximum. -Ski depot is in basement meaning that there is a stair to climb to reach the slope, which is not easy when wearing ski boots particularly for...
