The American-style kitchen is a highlight, fully equipped with modern amenities such as an induction cooktop, fridge, washing machine, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and all necessary kitchenware.



Enjoy the convenience of air conditioning and complimentary WiFi throughout the property. The apartment includes two bathrooms, both with shower facilities, providing ample comfort for all guests. A private garage parking space adds an extra layer of convenience and security.



Residents can take advantage of the shared facilities, including a standard swimming pool and in the community across the street; an indoor pool, perfect for relaxation, and a gym is available to maintain your workout routine during your stay.



Please note that the property does not allow pets or smoking, and is not suitable for youth groups.

Our towels love drying guests after a refreshing shower... but they're not designed for removing makeup or cleaning shoes! 😊



Please help us keep them fresh and fluffy by avoiding using them for makeup removal or shoe cleaning.



Unfortunately, makeup stains and shoe marks often cannot be removed during laundering. Towels that are permanently damaged have to be replaced, and the cost of replacement may be charged to guests.
