This private 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom retreat blends seclusion and convenience—just minutes from downtown Estes Park yet tucked away for ultimate privacy. Located only 3 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park, this spacious 4,000+ square foot home offers the perfect base for mountain adventures.

Step into the living room and be greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows framing awe-inspiring mountain views at every turn. Words and photos can’t capture the true grandeur—you’ll have to see it for yourself! Cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace with a cup of cocoa or enjoy your favorite shows on the big-screen TV.

The fully stocked, chef-ready kitchen features high-end stainless steel appliances, making it easy to whip up your favorite meals while taking in the views. Dine indoors at the elegant table seating 8 (or 10 with extensions) while soaking in the surrounding scenery—mealtime never felt this spectacular.

Outdoor living is just as inviting. Relax on one of the three decks, each offering panoramic mountain vistas. The master bathroom, shared with the main floor queen bedroom, boasts a jetted bathtub, double sinks, and walk-in shower. Even the main floor queen bedroom offers beautiful views of the surrounding peaks.

The lower level is built for fun and relaxation. Play a game of pool, watch a movie, or step outside to the hot tub. The lower-level living area includes a queen pull-out sofa for extra sleeping space. The lower-level king bedroom features an attached bath with a jetted tub and walk-in shower, while the queen bedroom has easy access to a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

• Cloud 9 does not have air conditioning. Most homes in Estes Park don’t, as mountain air is naturally cool. For warmer days, open windows and use ceiling or portable fans.
• 4-wheel drive is recommended for late fall, winter, and spring visits. Driveways are cleared, and roads are plowed, but mountainous conditions can be unpredictable.
• No pets allowed.
