C'est l'une des nouvelles propriétés VRBO d'Estes Park. Nous avons acheté cette propriété en juillet 2015. La propriété a plus de 3700 pieds carrés et en plus d'une grande salle familiale avec une cheminée, elle dispose d'une salle de scrapbooking / artisanat ou de conférence pouvant accueillir 12 personnes.

Il est inscrit au programme de location de vacances # 6092 de la ville d'Estes Park.

Vous accédez à cette propriété en entrant dans Streamside Cabins au 1260 Fall River Road et en passant devant leur bureau jusqu'à notre allée privée.

La maison est rénovée et en trÚs bon état.

La chambre principale a un lit king size et une salle de bain attenante et un grand dressing.

Il y a trois chambres supplémentaires à l'étage avec 2 lits jumeaux dans chaque chambre.

En bas a deux chambres. Une chambre a un lit queen tandis que l'autre chambre a une reine avec lits jumeaux superposés. Les chambres du bas ont leur propre salle de bain. Il y a aussi une salle de jeux avec une table de ping-pong.

La cuisine a un four double en acier inoxydable, une plaque de cuisson électrique et un réfrigérateur en acier inoxydable. La salle à manger est immense et dispose d'une table de banquet pouvant accueillir 12 personnes confortablement.

Il y a une salle de bain à remous intérieure qui peut accueillir jusqu'à quatre personnes hors des éléments.

Il y a un garage double avec un réfrigérateur de rechange pour votre commodité.

Il y a plusieurs ponts pour se dĂ©tendre et mĂȘme un porche / vĂ©randa fermĂ© avec une vue fantastique sur la plage bosselĂ©e.

La maison est privée et sauvegarde sur Old Man Mountain, ce qui permet beaucoup d'espace pour faire de la randonnée et explorer, juste derriÚre la porte arriÚre.

Il y a trop de choses à énumérer, mais soyez assuré que vous apprécierez pleinement cette maison et vous sentirez comme chez vous dÚs votre arrivée.

Family reunion

Very spacious, with lots of room for all 4 of our families! Saw lots of wildlife, and loved everything. But I must say, I especially liked the pesky Red-Headed Woodpecker jack-hammering the metal gutters right outside our bedroom at 6:00 AM! Nature lives here indeed!

Amazing house, plenty of space, great location

My brother and I stayed here with our wives and children, 11 people in all. There was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The house was well equipped and stocked. The pictures were not bad, but I thought the house was even better than pictured a good mix of community spaces and personal/sleeping spaces. The location is great for Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park.

Perfect for our family stay

Excellent property. Perfect for my family to stay nearby for our January wedding at Della Terra. Somewhat hard to find due to the gps not identifying some roads. It’s tucked away from the main road. Property manger were very responsive and accommodating. Property is beautiful, well kept and ready for guests. There were even pack and plays and high chairs for my baby niece. That makes it so convenient. The fireplace was awesome, nice wrap around porch to enjoy your morning coffee. Plenty of space to spread out, blankets to stay warm. 3.5 bathrooms for all of us. My family was very pleased. If we’re ever in estes park again in need of a place to stay for all of us, we would definitely feel good about booking this again.

Has a hot tub! Close to downtown! Cozy house with a fireplace. Family loves going there, this will be our 3rd year! Nice conference room to play family games in. Deer and turkeys roam the property. Awesome property!

Great stay

We stayed here for a family birthday get together, and we had the best time! The house is perfect for a large group, and we all had plenty of space! Some wild turkeys walked through the property a couple times, and we also saw a bull elk right down the driveway. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was just perfect for our large family. Plenty of space in the living room and dining room. So many beds for all the children and separate spaces to spread out. Loved the craft room for the little kids to color and do crafts. The house was very clean. We were pleasantly surprised to wake up to a bunch of elk sleeping in our yard. We were close to the RMNP entrance and had minimum wait to get in. It was close to town but felt secluded. This was our first stay in Colorado, it is absolutely beautiful! If this is your first trip here, we recommend a couple things.. a good first hike is Lilly Lake. Absolutely beautiful and was easy and exciting for the little ones. Talking to the park rangers at the visitor station was super helpful. They had a map and highlighted things that work well for large families with little children. We did almost get ourselves in a dangerous situation. Walking through upper Beaver Meadows towards dusk, there were a lot of aggressive Elk wandering through, September is rut season for them, thankfully we got to the van safely where we could watch them fight at a safe distance. There were many Elk , turkey, and deer wandering that meadow towards evening. It’s not a bad idea to have a can or two of bear spray on hand. We would definitely stay at this house again!!

Your house was true to the pictures. It is a wonderful rental. Very comfortable furniture and mattresses. The kitchen was stocked extremely well. Dishes, utensils, cookware was all of excellent quality.

This house was perfect for our big family. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The setting is perfect and we had wildlife right outside our window. Our little grandkids were thrilled. We will certainly stay at this house next year when we return for our annual trip.

Family Vacation

We took all of our kids and grandkids on this trip and we had a wonderful time. This house was in a perfect location and we saw wildlife everyday at the house. It is very close to the Fall River Entrance to the National Park and we never had a long line to get into the park, unlike our friends who went in the Beaver Meadow entrance(it was backed up really bad). The house was so roomy with lots of space for everyone to enjoy. The deck and sunroom were a huge hit every morning. We loved it and are already talking about booking it next time all of our kids come with us!

Had to shovel snow ourself to get in

We booked this house for a weekend trip with our young children and a few friends. When we arrived, the house was almost completely inaccessible due to snow pileup. We were aware it had snowed a lot the weekend before but it hadn't snowed in the immediate days leading up. The entrance to the house had knee deep snow accross the entire deck when we arrived for about 10-15 feet before the door. We called the host immediately but they did not answer so I sent a message. We had a 5 month old, a 2 year old, and a pregnant woman waiting so we ended up walking through the deep snow to get in. It took a while to hear back from the host and the response was that they would try to find someone to do snow removal but no guarentee. We had more people arriving soon so we ended having to scoop the entrance to the house ourself. By the end of our stay, none of the other outdoor spaces had the snow removed so no one came to do any snow removal and we were unable to utilize the large deck space. Once we got in, we really enjoyed the indoor space. It was clean and was perfect for our group. Overall it was just a very frustrating experience and even felt hazardous for us to be carrying young children through that.
