We really enjoyed our time at this house! The location is perfect—quiet, scenic, and lots of wildlife activity around. The hot tub was a great way to relax, and it doubled as a fun activity on a day when we were rained out and couldn’t go to the National Park. There was some road construction going on in the neighborhood, which made it very frustrating to get in & out of the entrances as the road crew moved day-to-day. Outside of that, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

Mountain stay

Overall adequate accommodations. The garage door opener didn’t work, so we couldn’t park in the garage. The second garage stall had a ping pong table, but the area was very messy, making it difficult to use it. The door handle leading to the back yard is broken. The lack of a sound or music system in the house was disappointing.

Great property-lots of room

Just stayed at this property Jul 28-Aug 1 2025 and it was great! House was big and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us (adults) to spread out and it could easily accommodate more. Hot tub was great and there was a ping pong table as well! The house was a few miles out of Estes which was nice, but close enough that it was just a quick jog into town for dinner/stores, etc...

This house was the perfect size for our family--three adult couples. Quiet with beautiful surroundings. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and do their own thing. Would definitely book again.

Girls weekend went wonderful at this home!

We booked this for a weekend girls get away, it was perfect for our group of 5. We had plenty of space to hang out and relax and cook. The wonderful gas stove was great and toasty, along with the hot tub. Would definitely come back!

This place was perfect for our family of 7, we had 3 babies with us ages 1, 12 mos & 3 year old. They had a high chair & pack&play. Deck was perfect for eating outside. House was big enough for everyone to have their own space.

Overall really enjoyed our time at the Vrbo. We reached out to the property manager and he was actually in the same store as us 😂 and took care of our issue. There are an abundance of games and kitchen accessories to make you feel right at home. There are just a couple areas of the property that could be kept a bit more clean (washer and bathrooms). The property also had a hammock stand but the fabric was ripped so it was unable to be used.

We'll be back!!

This property was awesome! We've stayed at several properties in Estes and this is one at the top of our list. It had everything we needed and the location to town was perfect! I believe we've stayed with this "host" before at another location and his properties do not disappoint. This is definitely one we'll mark in the books to re-visit! Thanks!!

Great time

Very cozy, far enough out of town to be peaceful, but close enough to town to enjoy Estes accommodations. Beds were very comfortably, everything worked as it should. Hot tub was well placed for a beautiful view, and private from neighbors. Only one issue, had to ration hot water among 5, we are used to tankless hot water heater, but after first night had a system to keep everyone clean and hot water. Summary : We would stay here again.

Fall Getaway

This was our second time to stay in this house. It's in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the Park or town. We usually had a herd of elk in the back field, often with bull fights. The comfy living room and large tv were perfect for cool nights at home, and the hot tub was perfect for soaking in after long hikes.
