Stayed here for the weekend for a wedding at Della Terra. We rented 3 different units for various family members. Every unit was exceptional and the location was perfect! The river location was perfect because the main road was on the opposite side of the building so you felt very secluded. We had a couple of guests out our door the morning the left.
I thought our location would have a back porch overlooking the river from the photos, but that wasnât the case. That was disappointing. The entry code didnât work when we arrived but a quick call fixed that right away. The beds were comfortable and the location was great. One of the outlets in the master wasnât working and I wish there was coffee available to brew in the morning. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
Loved being up Fall River Road near RMNP. Easy to get to Estes Park. Only struggle was with temperture. To be honest, was always hot in unjt because couldn't figure out how to turn off thermostat. Even turned all the way down the radiator put off a ton of heat. So slept with the windows open.
We had no communication with the property manager. I tried contacting him the day before our trip and got no response. When we reached the property, the door code given was not working (battery was dead) and I did not know what to do. VRBO was able to reach the property owner who had a spare key in a lock box near by. All of this happened after a 6 hour journey for us and was very stressful.
I would think twice before staying at this property.
The property is very nice - right next to the park and the little river. I was hoping there would be a hot tub, but no. The pool is heated! That was nice. The stream is nice to sit by and drink morning coffee. The carpets in the rooms needed steam cleaning. There are Elk that come right into the lawn!
Great location to Rocky Mountain national Park. Great place to stay, only, very small downfall we had was the amount seating in the living room. Would be great to have some chairs.
Our stay was peaceful and loved sitting out on the balcony upstairs to listen to the river. The cabin is located on the outside corner of the complex. It does not back up to the river, but you do have a close proximity view. Another perk is that itâs located just 1 mile away from the entrance to the park.
The condo was very clean and is exactly as photos is presented. The kitchen is well appointed with all the utensils necessary for a large family, to include seasonings. The rooms had cozy mattresses and linens. The cabin is filled with entertainment such as books, family games and a tv. There is also a nice fireplace for cool evening enjoyment. This cabin made us feel welcome and at home. We truly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you to the host for thinking about every detail that made our stay comfort.
We loved the well stocked kitchen and the top notch location literally 2 min outside of RMNP gate. The river outside the deck was the best sound. Place would be even better if the yucky carpet was removed and replaced with solid flooring.
Had NO support when needed. NEVER able to use fireplace, so evenings in without the anticipated ambiance we picked this place to enjoy!
There should be a price adjustment PLEASE.
My family of 7 really enjoyed staying here on our vacation. Plenty of room for everyone, quiet area, very clean, and guest services quickly took care of the few issues that came up during our stay.
Beautiful stay, excellently equipped kitchen. Everything was there to prepare 3 large meals. Cookware, utensils and appliances were very nice. Only complaint: multiple reservation photos show view of Fall River. Only views from our unit were of parking lot.
This property is a must! It is just a super short drive to the Rocky Mountain National Park, as well as downtown Estes Park. The living room is beautifully, decorated and very cozy with the fireplace. It was a perfect place for a family to hang out. The kitchen has everything we needed. I forgot seasoning for our dinner and I was pleased to find out that there were some located in the kitchen. The bedrooms were good sized and I love that it had two bathrooms. Our family had a fantastic weekend getaway. The owner truly cares about your experience and will do everything to make it perfect. We travel a lot and this is definitely our top VRBO property.
The unit and setting are even more beautiful than portrayed. It had everything we needed. We definitely would stay in this unit again.
We visited over New Yearâs weekend. This property is located along Fall River at the bottom of a steep hill. There was newly fallen snow and the property manager is good at keeping it plowed. We didnât have a 4wd vehicle however which I would recommend if you are going during the winter.
Nice condo, Clean and well stocked. Only thing missing was hand soap in the bathrooms and the can opener was broken. Plenty of towels, shampoo/body wash, pillows, and extra blankets. Saw an elk by the tire swing one afternoon beautiful! About 1 mile from the Rocky Mountain entrance. Would definitely be back!
Comfy and nice. But the hot water is just lukewarm. After a day of hiking...we just wanted a HOT shower or bath. Nope. Sadly.
No hand soap in the bathrooms, a few upstairs lamps had bad bulbs and my husband fixed the little gas fireplace. But still overall you just can't beat Fall River in Estes in the fall near the entrance. We did enjoy the great horned owls outside one evening chatting over the water. But the vrbo owners did not make that happen. Or did they?
We loved it. Immaculate. Good separation of living area upstairs and bedrooms downstairs.
Only issue was lack of hot water, but management attended to it promptly.
Pretty much as advertised. Online listing showed a bunk bed that wasnât there, but we didnât need it anyway.
Property seemed very clean. Kitchen was well equipped.
Didnât have much hot water in the kitchen, but there was plentiful hot water for the shower.
