« There was 2 day old leftover food in the microwave in our room, a used coffee pod in the coffee machine in our room, a big in the our bed. In the hotel pool there was long black hair, a cigarette, and the mouth part of a snorkel. The staff was very nice and helpful but the hotel needs to have better cleaning and maintenance. »

« Stayed here for a weekend with my best friend and fiance for our weekend driving Uber. They were very accommodating and didn't charge me until I arrived. Most places want to charge you months before you arrive. Plan on staying every weekend we will be there if it is available. »

« Room had missing crown molding, old carpet and the shower was drain was clogged. »

« We were put in one of the older rooms. Walked in and was hit by the smell of mildew. The ac unit sounded like it was on its last leg and made it very hard to sleep. »

« Pool was not usable, totally green and half full of water like you see during the winter time. My room smelled like marijuana horribly. I complained to the front desk and they said someone was probably smoking a marijuana vape outside by my air conditioner which was sucked into my room. Ridiculous excuse and offered no discount or help. And there was trash EVERYWHERE you look in the parking area, not just cigarette butts but empty soda, beer cans and whiskey bottles. « We only needed a place to cool down, clean up and rest after a wonderful concert experience at Ozarks Amphitheater…this facility fit those needs. Obviously it appears to be a work in progress for the better but for our needs…it was perfect! »

« We will 100% never stay here again. The shower wasn't the cleanest, it had a weird pink stain. I got cold, so grabbed a comforter and it had a spot of dried blood on it. The fan in the bathroom was so loud we just kept it off. The AC worked but was very loud as well. My husband killed what he thought was a roach crawling on the nightstand. The walls were very thin and we could hear the neighbors from every single room by us. We didn't bother with the breakfast nor the pool or hot tub because we...

« Very dirty. There wasn’t any toilet paper or Kleenex. Walls were dirty and the floors were sticky. »

« This is a very nice place to stay and very clean also convenient location. The staff was greeting and very helpful. Thank you for providing a microwave to my room. It is also convenient having a restaurant attached to the property…. Ten out of ten recommend if ever in the Jefferson City Missouri area »
